We accept returns and exchanges for products that meet the following criteria:

- The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances. You may request a return if:

  • The container delivered is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong size, type, or condition).

  • The container has structural defects that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • Damage occurred during transport (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 business days (Mon-Sat) of delivery. The container must remain in its delivered condition, unused, and unmodified.

Return reason and fees:

Customer responsibility (remorse), no fee (defective)

- Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address, and any additional documentation required.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided return address, following the instructions provided by our customer support team.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange, as per your request.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

If the issue causes from our side, no return shipping costs are applicable.

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Custom-modified containers

1.4 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and process your returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch for a full refund. If the container has already been shipped, cancellation may incur return freight charges.
