Warranty Coverage:
- New Shipping Containers: We offer a 10-year warranty on the structural integrity of new shipping containers, including the roof, walls, doors, and floor (excluding wear and tear).
- Used Cargo Worthy Shipping Containers: We offer a 5-year warranty on the structural integrity of used cargo worthy shipping containers, including the roof, walls, doors, and floor (excluding wear and tear).
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic imperfections or surface rust on used containers.
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper handling, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear, including rusting, fading, and dents that do not affect the structural integrity of the container.
- Modifications made to the container after purchase without our written approval.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, or fires.
